ALEXIS L. DOREE

Alexis Doree is an associate attorney at Rosenquist Law Office. Alexis concentrates her practice in Fargo-Moorhead in the areas of divorce, custody, adoption, child support, disorderly conduct restraining orders, and other domestic related matters.

Alexis recognizes that some of the most emotional and difficult times in an individual’s life are when they are going through a divorce, fighting for custody, or other family-law related disputes. Her mission is to make that process as smooth and easy as possible.

Alexis attended North Dakota State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, with a major in political science and a minor in history. In 2019, Alexis received her juris doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law.

Throughout law school, Alexis clerked for Rosenquist Law Office, gaining firsthand knowledge and experience in the legal field. Alexis earned the ability to represent clients in family matters as a Certified Student Attorney prior to graduating law school. Alexis also completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) training program and became a certified ADR Neutral. Alexis is currently registered as an ADR Qualified Neutral in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Alexis was active in numerous student organizations throughout law school, serving as Dean of Delta Theta Phi and as Vice-Magistrate of Phi Delta Phi, one of the nation’s oldest legal honor societies. She received the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leadership Award in 2018 and 2019.

Some of Alexis’s most prestigious awards and recognitions include being now named to the Thomson/Reuters list of Rising Stars for the fourth year in a row. The Rising Star distinction honors leading attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in a state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to Rising Stars.
