PATRICK S. ROSENQUIST

Mr. Rosenquist is a native North Dakotan and considers Grand Forks his hometown. After graduating from Grand Forks Central High School in 2000, Mr. Rosenquist attended the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and played fullback for the football team. 

Following Mr. Rosenquist’s graduation from college, he returned to North Dakota briefly, working a variety of jobs until he took an opportunity to work for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores in the Washington DC area. In 2007, Mr. Rosenquist returned to North Dakota to attend law school at the University of North Dakota. While attending, Mr. Rosenquist began clerking for the Rosenquist  Law Office in 2009. Following Mr. Rosenquist’s graduation from law school he started his career as an attorney with Rosenquist Law Office, gaining a wealth of experience as a litigator and advisor. Mr. Rosenquist assisted a broad variety of clientele in navigating difficult legal terrain, most notably, in the area of criminal defense, where Mr. Rosenquist successfully tried several cases in both federal and state court.

Mr. Rosenquist relocated to the Twin Cities area in 2017 and worked as one of the primary civil litigators for the Gries Lenhardt Allen law firm. While in the Twin Cities Mr. Rosenquist shifted his focus to the construction and real estate industry, assisting contractors and property management companies, large and small, with difficult legal situations. Mr. Rosenquist also served as a commissioner for the Parks and Recreation Board and the Employee Review Board for the City of Crystal during his time in the Twin Cities.

Because Mr. Rosenquist is a “small-town guy” at heart, he jumped at the opportunity to come back to Grand Forks, and returned to Rosenquist Law Office in the summer of 2019.
