ZACHARY TOMCZIK

Zachary Tomczik is an associate attorney at Rosenquist Law Office, where he practices general law with a primary focus on criminal and family matters. He is licensed to practice in both North Dakota and Minnesota and also serves as contracted counsel for the Grand Forks Juvenile Drug Court. Zachary is actively involved in the legal community, currently serving as Secretary of the Grand Forks County Bar Association and as a member of the Randy H. Lee Inn of Court.

Originally from St. Cloud, Minnesota, Zachary earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Honors from the University of North Dakota. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2022, where he was honored with the Lillian Elsinga Outstanding Student Leader Award. Following graduation, he joined Rosenquist Law Office.

Outside of his legal practice, Zachary is deeply committed to civic engagement. He serves on the boards of the Empire Arts Center, Global Friends Coalition, and Grand Forks Community Land Trust, and is the internal advisor for the Greater Grand Forks Young Professionals. His dedication to both the legal field and his community has earned him recognition including being awarded the Thomson Reuters Rising Star distinction from 2023–2025.

In his free time, Zachary enjoys traveling, relaxing at the lake, and spending time with his partner and their two cats.
